Now taking on design partners in Jordan and the Gulf

One manufacturer. Every distributor, connected.

Each distributor orders from its own catalogue, at its own prices. Every order arrives in one place, with a purchase order ready for your ERP.

  • Five-level price precedence
  • JOD to 3 decimals, SAR to 2
  • Full right-to-left Arabic

The problem

Today, orders arrive as chats, calls and spreadsheets.

Prices live in PRICE_LIST_FINAL_v7.xlsx. Orders arrive as messages and voice notes, and credit is checked by calling finance. Your ERP sees none of it until someone types it all in again.

Illustration: one order scattered across chat messages in Arabic and English, a voice note, a spreadsheet with three different prices for the same product, a price-list file, a photo of a handwritten order, missed calls from finance and a sticky note asking about the credit limit.

The same order, in one place

With QINexport, it's one order.

Each distributor orders from its own catalogue, at its own prices. Credit is reserved the moment the order is submitted, and the purchase order goes to your ERP, or downloads as PDF and CSV until you connect one.

Catalogues & price books

Every distributor sees its own world.

One manufacturer, three distributors, three different price lists, all of them correct. You decide what each distributor sees and at what price, by distributor, group and market. A product a distributor isn’t entitled to simply doesn’t exist for it.

How an order flows

One order, from the distributor’s cart to your ERP.

Follow ORD-2026-0142 from Al-Nour Trading, a fictional distributor, through every state. The numbers are calculated exactly as QINexport calculates them: VAT per line, rounded half-up, with credit reserved the moment the order is submitted.

  1. Step 1 of 7: Cart built from the distributor’s own catalogue

    Distributor buyer

Al-Nour sees only the products it may order, already at its own prices. VAT is worked out per line, and water is zero-rated.

  2. Step 2 of 7: Submitted: credit reserved, PO issued

    Distributor buyerQINexport

One order, even if the button is pressed twice. 169.693 JOD is reserved against the 500.000 JOD limit, leaving 330.307 JOD available, and PO-2026-0142 is issued as PDF and CSV.

  3. Step 3 of 7: Sent to your ERP

    QINexport

The PO leaves through the outbox and your ERP acknowledges it. If something fails technically, delivery is retried automatically and the order’s commercial state never changes.

  4. Step 4 of 7: Confirmed by the manufacturer

    Manufacturer

Your team confirms the order, and Al-Nour sees the new state in its own portal.

  5. Step 5 of 7: Processing

    Manufacturer

Your team prepares the goods. Al-Nour follows progress in its portal instead of phoning.

  6. Step 6 of 7: Shipped

    Manufacturer

Marked as shipped, with quantities recorded line by line against what was confirmed.

  7. Step 7 of 7: Delivered

    Manufacturer

The order closes with its full history: every state change, who made it and when.

Integrations

Works with the systems you already run.

Catalogues and price books come in from Excel. Orders go out to your ERP, your webhooks or a file drop, and an email reaches whoever handles them. Every delivery is recorded in the same transaction as the order, then sent from an outbox.

How data moves through QINexport: Excel imports and distributor orders come in. Catalogue and price updates go back out to the distributor portal. Orders go out to your ERP over the REST API, to webhooks, to an HTTPS file drop or SFTP, and as email notifications. In the drawing the first delivery to the ERP gets no answer; the outbox tries again and the second attempt lands.

After ORD-2026-0142 is submitted, the ERP misses the first attempt. The outbox waits, tries again and delivers the PO. The order’s status is never affected.

The promise

Retried automatically, then handed to a person.Never silently lost.

A failed delivery stays in the outbox and is retried automatically. If it keeps failing, it is marked DEAD and handed to someone on your team. A technical failure never changes the order’s status.

When delivery keeps failing

  2. RETRY
  3. DEAD
  4. your team resolves it

Delivered in order, every time.

Messages for one order leave in the sequence they were written. If one is held up, the rest wait behind it, so your ERP never receives a shipping notice before the order it belongs to.

  1. 1ORDER_SUBMITTED
  2. 2ORDER_CONFIRMED
  3. 3ORDER_SHIPPED

No ERP on day one? It still works.

Download each purchase order as PDF or CSV, and keep loading catalogues and prices from Excel. Connect your ERP when you are ready; the order flow stays the same.

  • PO as PDF

  • Excel imports

A double-click never creates two orders. Submitting twice, refreshing the page or losing the connection returns the same order. A second one is never created.

The decimal rule

Jordan1 dinar = 1,000 fils

12.345JOD

3 decimal places

Saudi Arabia1 riyal = 100 halalas

45.50SAR

2 decimal places

Two separate sample amounts, not a currency conversion.

  1. 01

    Right-to-left, natively

Laid out for Arabic from the start: navigation, tables, forms and the order itself. Not English pages flipped at the last minute.

  2. 02

    Two names for every product

Each product keeps its Arabic and English names side by side, so catalogues, orders and purchase orders read correctly in either language.

  3. 03

Dinar to three decimals, riyal to two

Amounts follow each currency's own minor units, rounded half-up on every line and on the total.

  4. 04

    VAT per market

Tax rates and zero-rated items are set per market, starting with Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Isolation & security

Walls between manufacturers. Walls between distributors.

Each manufacturer is its own tenant, and the database itself refuses to cross the wall. Inside a tenant, the same rule keeps every distributor out of other distributors’ prices and orders.

Diagram: Manufacturer A and Manufacturer B are separate tenants. A query made with Manufacturer B's token reaches Manufacturer A's wall and returns 0 rows. Inside Manufacturer A, three distributors, Wadi Rum, Petra and Al-Nour, sit in separate compartments; Al-Nour's request for Petra's price book returns 404, not found: to Al-Nour, it does not exist.Illustrative: two attempts to cross a wall, and what each one gets back.
  • Enforced in the database

Row-level security (RLS) in the database itself, not just a filter in application code. Automated tests try to break through it on every build.

  • Distributors walled off from each other

Inside a tenant, each distributor sees only its own catalogue, prices and orders, enforced the same way.

  • Two-factor sign-in

Manufacturer users must sign in with a one-time code from an authenticator app (TOTP).

  • A full audit trail

Changes and sign-ins are recorded: who did what, and when.

Two portals

Two portals. One network.

Your team runs the network from the manufacturer portal. Each distributor orders from its own portal, carrying your brand, not ours.

Manufacturer portal

Where your commercial team sets the terms.

  1. 01

    Publish the catalogue and assortments

Decide what each market, group or distributor can see. An explicit exclusion always wins.

  2. 02

Price books per distributor, group and market

Five levels. First match wins, and a missing product falls through to the next level.

  3. 03

    Confirm or reject orders

Every order in one queue, each with its PO number, waiting for your decision.

  4. 04

    Manual credit review

You set each distributor’s credit limit. A submitted order reserves against it, so you see what is available before you confirm.

Design partners

Build it with us.

We are working with a small number of manufacturers as design partners. Bring your real catalogue, price books and distributors, and we will shape QINexport around them.

What design partners get

  • Early access

Run QINexport on your own catalogue and distributors before it opens to everyone.

  • A direct line to the product team

Talk to the people who design and build it, not a ticket queue.

  • Your workflows first on the roadmap

How your commercial team works today decides what we build next.
